brings more business and adds to the turnover every year.

and they have to take responsibility of the reputation management, as well. Employees of an organization, have
to play their part, as well to create a clean market image. Several firms
participate actively in charity and social events to reach the heart and the
pocket of the potential clients. When talk about the role of the staff members,

politics.

because small quarrel among the colleagues can disturb the atmosphere of the
work place. If not taken action soon, then it catches all the employees like a
